Berzen Co. Ltd ("Berzen", "we", "us") is a private company registered in Cyprus. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect

We collect only the information you choose to send us:

• Details submitted through the enquiry form — name, company, email address, telephone number, enquiry topic and message content.
• Information contained in any email you send us directly.
• Standard technical data recorded by our hosting provider, such as IP address and request logs, used for security and availability.

Why we use it

Personal data submitted through this site is used solely to respond to your enquiry, to provide the information or proposal you requested, and to maintain a record of our correspondence. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Legal basis

We process this data on the basis of your request to be contacted (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Retention

Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement, and thereafter only where required for legal, accounting or contractual purposes.

Sharing and processors

This website is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are processed and stored by that platform on our behalf. We do not disclose your data to third parties other than service providers acting on our instructions, or where required by law.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record the request in its server logs.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and request data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
